Immerse yourself in the beautiful natural scenery of Rhodes exploring Mount Filerimos, visiting its historic hilltop monastery and discovering the enchanting Butterfly Valley.

Mount Filerimos & Butterfly Valley Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Rhodes at 9:15 am and set off on our journey to Butterfly Valley, a lush 600-acre nature park and the perfect place to get lost in nature on Rhodes.

Once we reach Butterfly Valley, you'll have free time to walk along its nature trails and seeing the lakes full of water lilies, the waterfalls and, of course, the mesmerising butterflies that inhabit the nature park. A truly magical experience!

After exploring this wonderful natural environment, we'll continue on to Mount Filerimos. Here you'll be able to visit the historic hilltop Monastery of Filerimos, which was destroyed during the Ottoman Turkish occupation and later rebuilt by the Italians. We also recommend exploring the surroundings of the temple, full of history and curiosities.

Lastly, you can stroll along the paths of Mount Filerimos and see the Via Dolorosa, home to numerous bronze images depicting the Passion of Christ and an imposing cross watching over the hill.

At the end of the tour, we'll take you back to your hotel in Rhodes at approximately 2:15 pm.
