Translate this opinion into English.

The guide's explanation was excellent. The only downside was that, because the area is so large, it took us a few minutes to get back to the bus, and it was already leaving without us. I thought they might be taking attendance or something. Otherwise, we had a wonderful day; we just wish we had more time! Opinion translated. Show original.

This is my second time visiting Versailles. The company's logistics were good; everything was very quick and exactly as explained before the tour. My only complaint is that I didn't like our guide, Leonor. She seemed rushed, her attire wasn't appropriate for a guide, and her explanations were very vague and superficial. I've taken many guided tours, and my expectations are very high. However, one positive thing I can say is that she was very attentive to the group at all times.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was very punctual, and the entrance was convenient with no queues or waiting. Our guide, Marisa, was very friendly throughout. She explained the palace and its history in detail, making sure we enjoyed the experience and helping us with anything we needed. I wish Civitatis would include a guided tour of the gardens, fountains, and the Petit Trianon, as although these can be visited, I couldn't find any information about that part of the tour.

The guided tour of the Palace of Versailles was very good, but during the journey from Paris, there was an explanation in English about the history up to the present day, mentioning the 2024 Olympics. When it came time for the explanation in Spanish, they simply said "have a good trip and enjoy the scenery" and little else. Opinion translated. Show original.

The visit inside the Palace with Rubén (the guide who was waiting for us at the Palace door) was excellent. Clear and abundant, and he was attentive to the group, giving instructions all the time. That part gets a 10. As for the organization of the bus trip, A DISASTER. Upon arrival at the parking lot, the person in charge ran off with the English, and the Spaniards had to alert each other when we saw where it was. That part was terrible, and they also didn't explain where the pickup point would be.

Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide, Marisa, was excellent; everything was well explained and she was very friendly. However, we were given a pickup point, and it was changed without notice. The person in charge of the pickup, wearing a red vest, didn't bother to look for us, didn't introduce themselves, and didn't ask for any information from those present. Opinion translated.

I liked the meeting point and the bus; the distance is short. The only thing I didn't like was the explanation when we arrived at the museum, which was very brief, lasting less than an hour. Afterwards, we had to go to the Trianon and Petit Trianon on our own, and we also had to pay for the train once inside, since it said we had a guide for the tour, which wasn't the case.

I didn't enjoy the experience and wouldn't repeat this tour. I understand that the guided tour is limited to the apartments, but I expected at least a general explanation of the Palace of Versailles and some guidance on what to do afterward. The Spanish-speaking guide didn't provide clear directions or make the tour enjoyable. Furthermore, I found it overpriced for what was offered. The value for money didn't meet my expectations.

The bus tour, round trip, was fine. The Spanish-speaking guide was poor; we could barely hear her even with the audio guide because she wasn't using it properly, and because she was constantly moving her head, we couldn't hear her, even after we told her several times. I found the tour very expensive, in addition to the poor quality of the guide. I wouldn't book it again, and I don't recommend it in this condition.

The tour overall was very good, they kept to the schedule, and the guide was excellent. I'm not giving it an "Excellent" rating because they didn't give me the entrance ticket to the Grand Trianon, and to be able to enter we had to pay 32 euros. We informed the operator, but the response was that we should have requested authorization before paying... and frankly, I find that disrespectful. The staff at the Palace of Versailles checked our ticket and made it clear that it wasn't included.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour of Versailles was lovely. A tip: advise people to book the little train ride through the gardens as soon as possible. I tried to book it at 2 pm and there were no more tickets available; only those booked in person were still available. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guided tour was fantastic. Our guide, Loraine (I don't remember her name), gave us an engaging story that transported us back to that time. I can't say the same about the transportation and the minibus guide, who tried to leave 10 minutes early and almost left a tourist stranded. I also didn't see them take a headcount to see if everyone was there. That's unacceptable!

Translate this opinion into English.

5 hs por los jardines Translate this opinion into English.

Sunday, September 6th. I'd like to rate the visit and the guide...excellent. Total duration including the gardens visit: 9 hours...very good. The visit with Rubén, a guide from Granada, was wonderful. He guided us and explained the history of the palace, the kings who lived there, and its rise and fall. It was very good; he's a great communicator, able to tell the history and behind-the-scenes stories of the palace in an engaging and truthful way. A 10 for Rubén. The gardens were good, but we had 2 hours too many; it was too long. 5 hours for the gardens alone. Opinion translated. Show original.

The meeting point was well marked. The Spanish-speaking coach guide, Amina, gave no instructions, unlike the English-speaking guide. Besides not speaking fluent Spanish, she didn't give any clear directions. Noelia, on the other hand, was a very empathetic and dynamic guide inside the palace.

The headphones the guide gave us didn't work well; we couldn't always hear him. After the palace visit, he left us alone to go to the Petit and Grand Trianon without giving us enough information, such as the distances. It was a hot day, and when I booked the service, I thought they were going to take me to those places; they should clarify that beforehand.

Me parece bastante estafa.

Very expensive for just a few facts and a cursory look at the palace, which you have to see after the guide leaves because they don't let you stop during the tour. Afterwards, you can barely stop in the gardens. If you want to see Marie Antoinette's hamlet, which was included in the price, it's a 30-minute walk each way—a total of an hour. You can rent a stroller or a little train, but they charge extra for that too. It seems like a complete rip-off.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was good and the guide was excellent, but the headphones used during the tour had very poor sound quality. If you turn the volume up, it's painful to hear, and if you turn it down, you can't hear anything. We had bad luck with the weather and got caught in a storm while waiting for the bus back, with nowhere to take shelter, so we were soaked. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity was excellent, as our guide was a professional who knew the history and function of Versailles perfectly, both past and present. Therefore, a 10 out of 10. The only downside was the transfer arrangements. On the return trip, my partner and I were with the 4:20 pm group, and we arrived at the parking lot at 4:21 pm. The coach left without even looking back, so we had to find our own way back to Paris. That aspect of the experience was disappointing.
