How Does It Work?
During the booking process, we'll send you a code. You'll need to download the Istanbul E-pass app and enter this code to access the digital version of the pass.
Your Istanbul E-pass will be activated the first time you use it at a museum or monument. From that moment on, you can enjoy the pass's benefits for 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days, depending on the duration you selected.
Some attractions or excursions require advance booking via the mobile app. In these cases, you will be given a meeting or pickup time, and you simply need to show the app's QR code to the guide or entry staff.
Please note that for key attractions, such as the Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, the Archaeological Museum, and the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts, entry is only permitted when accompanied by an official guide, who will provide your admission tickets at the start of the visit.
Guided tours are conducted in English.
Children Under 5
It's not necessary to book a tourist card for children under 5 years old, as they have free access to museums and monuments in the city.
