For a transfer like this lasting 8 hours (4 hours each way), I expected a more comfortable vehicle. There was no space between the seats in our van to put my legs (worse than Ryanair, I'm not joking). It's a shame because the city really deserves to be visited. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

More than an excursion, it's a real transfer service (without a guide). A total of 12 hours (8 hours round trip / 4 hours sightseeing) where you have the opportunity to see the beautiful city with its blue medina and the authentic Moroccan side of Morocco. The driver was very good, professional, friendly, and helpful. The trip was well-organized, with plenty of breaks. A demanding experience due to the many hours spent in the car, the terrible roads, and the chaotic traffic, but one that, in my opinion, is definitely worth doing. Opinion translated. Show original.

Total podría haber hablado cualquier otro idioma.

It started off okay. We arrived 5 minutes early and had two options: either the back seats of the minibus (with no view of the street) or sitting separately. There were two of us, so we sat separately. The trip itself was fine. Our driver was excellent. It's a shame there wasn't some kind of explanation or podcast to tell us something about the region we were traveling through. Nothing, just 3.5 hours of silence, passing through towns we didn't know, through beautiful areas. I don't know why it says our driver spoke Spanish. He could have spoken any other language.

Translate this opinion into English.

The trip with driver Anouar went very well on the outward journey. Unfortunately, on the return journey, there were a few setbacks (including incessant rain) that made us get back late, but that was just bad luck. Otherwise, everything went well. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's not highly recommended due to the grueling journey. We also had the misfortune of getting a rather unscrupulous driver who made us change seats after picking up the last passengers. They had to sit in the back row of the minibus, which are the worst seats because the air conditioning doesn't reach them. They complained to the driver, and he simply told us that his boss had told him that two of us from Civitatis (we're a family of three) had to change seats and sit in the front.

It was torture, four hours to get there and almost four to get back, for a 200 km trip. The road was terrible, not just third-world, but fifth-world. We arrived completely exhausted. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We spent four hours just to see the city, and three would have been enough. The driver was constantly talking to a passenger, both on the way there and back, which meant taking his eyes off the road and on the phone. TERRORIOUS. I would never do it again, and I don't recommend it.

Translate this opinion into English.

The driver was very friendly; I laughed a lot. I give him a 10 for his kindness and friendliness. If you're nearby, the little town is worth seeing—it's picturesque and full of shops. It's a quick visit; it's small. Opinion translated. Show original.

The driver, Sofian, from the excursion to the town of Chefchaouen on 13/06/26, informed us that he could not close his window because he was too hot. All of the passengers were extremely uncomfortable due to the heat, even though cold air was coming through the ventilation system, because he insisted on driving with his window open.

We had booked a small group tour with explanations in Spanish. There were 18 of us in a 19-seater van. The driver doesn't speak Spanish and didn't provide any explanations. We paid extra for the small group tour and explanations in Spanish during the trip. We ended up going with a standard group tour. I contacted them via WhatsApp using the phone number we used to arrange the trip, and they told me they'd had a problem and would refund the difference between the standard and small group tours (€30). We haven't received a refund yet.
