Translate this opinion into English.

Very good, I would recommend it to other tourists. All the prior communication, the organization for the train trip, and all the expenses were exactly as included; there were no extra charges. Just one small thing: the tour guide should ask if they want to take the client shopping or not. Often, clients don't have a large budget. But everything else was wonderful, an excellent experience. Translate this opinion into English.

We took the Taj Mahal tour with Civitatis and it was excellent. Everything was very well organized and clearly explained. The team was always attentive to our needs, taking care of every detail. Highly recommended, especially if it's your first time in India, as it can be a bit of a shock at first. Opinion translated. Show original.

Well, the day started off great but ended quite badly. We didn't have train tickets, and the solution was to send us by car, which took twice as long after a whole day of driving around, only to arrive later. They even suggested we stop at a gas station for a snack, only to arrive even later. So, it was a bad experience, and we won't recommend Civitatis to anyone. Another thing is that we didn't like the mandatory tips; I paid for service without any tips.

Translate this opinion into English.

The whole team is friendly and attentive. But notice that they're more interested in taking you to places where they'll likely get a commission when tourists buy things. From the moment we arrived at the Taj Mahal, they were already talking about the photo session and the price. Then they took me to a workshop in Petra Dura where the vendor asked me how much I was willing to spend, constantly mentioning the tipping culture to encourage me to leave more money after I'd already paid for a service. Then they took me to a souvenir shop. It was very uncomfortable.

Translate this opinion into English.

Private tour of Agra, the Red Fort, and the Taj Mahal. Well, let's take it step by step. The service was in Spanish, but a taxi picked us up at the hotel in Delhi. The taxi didn't speak Spanish, so, I know it's my problem, but with my limited English, I practically had to trust the taxi driver... We arrived in Agra, and the same thing happened: another taxi driver spoke Spanish. More of the same. And yes, he finally brought us a Spanish-speaking guide for the tours. Everything was phenomenal with this guide, very kind and attentive. And on the way back, the same with the taxi drivers. Opinion translated. Show original.

Everything was great. Highlights include punctuality in transfers, very good cars, and constant assistance in places where traveling alone can be difficult. One point for improvement is that during the trip, they take you to places where you can buy things at inflated prices, with some insistence from the vendors. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Perhaps a little communication is needed to indicate what the logistics are: A taxi operator who picks you up from the hotel, takes you to the train station and then takes you to the train and almost to your seat. When you arrive in Agra you have to leave the train station and someone will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. All of this is not described anywhere; you have to ask someone at the Agency who is always available. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

From the time he met us at the train station, to his accompaniment during the visit and then when he dropped us off at our train home. Always attentive to everything, he answered every question, 100 points for his management. Without a doubt, 100% recommendation. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was very punctual, pick up at the hotel, on arrival in Agra, and on return. The only thing was that we had booked a guide in Spanish and at first we were assisted by an English-speaking guide, who was later replaced. A little more information about train tickets and the people who were supposed to pick us up would have been appreciated. We have had this in other activities. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

"Choosing the train tour was ideal for experiencing Indian culture. Everything was well coordinated: we were picked up at the hotel, the driver bought the tickets and accompanied us to our seats. In Agra, another driver took us to the guide, and the return was just as organized. The visit to the Taj Mahal was enriching, the guide made an effort to explain things well. The negative thing was that they took us to several places where they tried to sell us very high prices, overshadowing the experience a bit. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Since it was not possible to take the high-speed train, I was offered the option of taking a car on the fast track, which I accepted and turned out to be a great experience on the highway without any complications (on a Monday). Friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable guide. Speed-conscious, careful driver. I am satisfied with the service. Opinion translated. Show original.

El tour es muy bueno. Totalmente recomendable realizar.

The tour is very good. Totally recommended to do. They look for you at the hotel, they accompany you at all times, and they wait for you when you return. The restaurant was very delicious, you have an appetizer or snack and then you can help yourself to different dishes of food. The guide was very attentive, explained very well. The Taj Mahal is incredible, there is a reason it is one of the 7 wonders of the world Opinion translated. Show original.

Buenas tardes. Translate this opinion into English.

Good afternoon. Excellent organization, maximum punctuality and professionalism of all drivers. Our guide Afreen was charming, she explained the whole story to us in a clear and pleasant way. He spoke very good Spanish and was attentive to us at all times, as was his companion the driver, who gave us two beautiful flower necklaces and repeatedly gave us bottles of cold water to combat the heat. We are delighted and recommend it 100%. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.
